Do i need to use marine salt, or can i use pickling salt or aquarium salt?

You can use pickling salt as long as it is uniodized. I use it all the time. Dechlorinate your water and add baking soda to raise the pH.

Should these eggs be floating? Aren't brine shrimp eggs supposed to sink to the bottom? Mine wont sink no matter what.

They float at first until they absorb water. You need a bubbler to keep the water moving continuously.

What is too hot to have eggs delivered? Its 100+ everyday here right now and im worried about the eggs sitting on the porch/in a truck

Don’t matter …they still need salt water to hatch. Once you get them keep them in the fridge
