It is pretty sour but with enough water (I put one scoop in 20 oz) it is palatable. Whether or not it is working is to soon to really tell since I haven’t finished my first container.

I purchased this as part of my diet routine. I expected a more grassy/earthy flavor. I like the sour taste. This is a drink mix powder, not a tea. It is VERY sweet! I did not expect that and it was overwhelming. I tried it again with less than half a scoop in 20oz of water and it was tolerable. I believe it does give me a pretty bad headache. The second, more dilute dose was better with only a mild headache in the background. I cannot speak to jitters as caffeine does not affect me that way. It did not upset my stomach. I will probably not purchase this item again,
