how many characters come in the small pack?

Only one. An 8 pack is 8 single packs.

There's 9 in total, as pictured. Character list: Bendy, Sammy Lawrence, Winking Alice Angel, Mic Alice Angel, Dead Boris, Boris the Wolf, Ink Bendy, Umbrella Bendy, & Gold Bendy.

Feedback shows people placing orders for 8 packs and not getting all 8. Was this a rare situation & will i get all 8? Thx!

I ordered the four pack and it was delivered as ordered. No problem.

Why does quantity say 8?

Because there are 8 key rings unless you are extremely lucky. And you will most likely get doubles and never one of each
