Works great.
Bought this to make cultured butter. Worked perfectly, allowing the temperature to be set where it needs to be.

Good purchase
Product works well. The problem is that the temperature is in centagrade and there doesn't seem to be any way to change it. Also the instruction manual is very poorly written and was of almost no use. You can figure it out if you are patient

Great addition to my kitchen
I love how small this device is, it doesn’t take a lot of counter space at all. I appreciate that it comes with the little yogurt cups also! It works well for what I needed it for!

The water bath makes not user friendly.

Unit works well, have made ten batches so far. I used it on the Natto setting. Push left button until Natto shows, set temp first then wait to stop blinking then set hours, when set just wait until blinking stops. After that the heat comes on and it runs until shutdown.

I’ve had it for about six months and it works great. It would’ve been nice if it had battery back up though.

I'm just getting to know the device and right off the bat the manual is terrible with bizarre translations and few explanations. What the heck is that valve like device on the inner lid and what happens when I turn the dial from 1 to 30? I am currently checking the temperature settings and they are not correct so I will adjust until I get my desired temp. The manual says that I should not iron the device or use banana oil to clean it. Glad that was mentioned.

Je ne savais pas mais, dans l'annonce c'est écrit: précision +/- 2°C. Pour faire du yogourt avec L.Reuteri, je penses que ce n'est pas assez précis. Je l'ai calibré avec un thermomètre en verre pour faire du vin, qui doit être pas mal précis. Je dois appliquer 35°C pour obtenir environ 37-38°C assez stable. Je crois que chaque appareil doit avoir un écart différent. Il y a aussi un défaut dans la conception des boutons, on doit choisir le température et ensuite la durée en heure, sans les minutes, pendant la fermentation on peut changer la durée mais pas le température.
