Per the packaging, each piece is 25 calories with 6 grams of sugar.

Why does the legal disclaimer say - "best by may 2014"? are these gums expired? if not, what is the expiry date correct expiry date?

I never knew it had an expiration date. Hopefully, it isn't expired. Don't know what the correct expiration date is.
