Great all round budget tv.
After years of owning Samsung tv's this Hisense (1080 resolution) seems better, picture is sharper than my 4k Samsung 7 series, colours are vibrant and the sound is decent for my needs, would 100% buy again!

A great TV... but with issues
Only cost £212 with a special offer. Pros: Really sharp picture. Bargain price. Cons: Remote control often very unresponsive. Others have complained about this issue online. Four or five presses of power button to get TV to switch on. Same again when you try to switch channels. I had to try the AI recommended fix - take out remote batteries for a while, then unplug TV for 1- 2 mins. All very irritating. Remote now working semi-OK but for how long?

Flashing lights at 5am - can't use in the bedroom
I bought this TV to replace one in the bedroom. The picture is ok but wouldn't say great. The problems start with the standby light which is in the middle at the bottom. It's bright white and whilst it can be turned off in one of the settings, it springs to life at 5am flashing for about 10 minutes. It's like a lighthouse waking us up. I read that it may be doing some sort of update so switched those off in the settings and disconnected the WiFi but no it still gos off a 5am. I tried covering it with tape but that stops the remote working as it shares the same plastic moulding. Other notes are that once the Freely app is initailised for TV over your WiFi you can't get back to the aerial/Freeview without resetting to the factory defaults and stopping the Freely app from re-installing by another buried menu. Finally the EPG text/font is really small and difficult to read. Not impressed, returning and switching to LG or Samsung as a bit more sorted.

Good tv. Paid a bit more for quality. Great sound. Great pic! Only downside no bluetooth which I needed for ear attachments..

Good value television
So far, so good. This was bought to replace a fully functioning but unbelievably slow Panasonic TV and this is miles better. Very easy to use and set up. Good picture quality. Can’t really comment on the speaker sound as we always use headphones and they give an excellent sound. This was chosen as it had to fit in a small space and the dimensions were perfect. Cannot fault it so far.
