Dakine CAMPUS BACKPACK 25L

I noticed the quality is up to par...I like the pockets and zipper in the inner pockets in one of the pouches...I cant wait till I brake it in is stuff at first..the straps are big..the bag is pretty big... especially with my experience with dakine this is bigger than the other backpack I had from the same brand

I chose this backpack mainly because I love the dark palm print pattern. After looking at other sizes in this pattern, I chose this size to use mainly for light airplane travel. It holds my laptop and or my iPad, snacks, a packable down filled jacket, earbuds, sunglasses, etc. It’s lightweight and has many pocket options. I’ve had it for well over a year now and used it many times. Its durable and feels like it’s made from quality materials. I’ve had no issues with the trim on the straps pilling or unraveling and the zippers are great quality as well. I’m 5’3” and this pack is large enough to carry all my stuff without weighing me down. It fits nicely under the seat in front of me w during air travel.

This bag is durable and made of great material. It has quite a few pockets.

So I love my backpack but I returned this one before using it because I found and older color of the exact same thing on ebay for $25. I am completely satisfied with the backpack. There isnt a ton of insulation in the front pouch but keeps my lunch cool for 4 hours at work. I wouldnt rely on the cooler pouch for long days outside. The laptop sleeve is adequate but could be sturdier for the price. It has alot of handy organization spaces. For $25 off ebay it was a great purchase but I would have expected something higher quality materials for $60.

This is a replacement for my old Dakine pack, which started to wear thin after a decade of use. I am 76 years old, and I like to carry my things on my back so I have my hands for my dog's leash, and for a trekking pole or cane if I need it for balance. I take a small fabric purse folded up inside, so I can pop into a store with the purse to carry just my billfold, phone and keys.This pack will hold my 15" laptop, several books, and everything else I could need for the day. (I pack for contingencies!). I might miss the pocket next to the laptop sleeve, that my old one had. And the sunglass pocket might be awkward to use. But there are a couple of "new" (to me) pockets, and I will adjust. Plenty of pockets, plenty of space.And it's in a pretty material. Thanks!

Average-size backpack that I use for travel. It fits my 13" laptop, 2 TSA clear, approved toiletry bags, bag with medications/supplements, a packing cube with a change of clothes, paperback book, and an extra large scarf. It has a waterbottle sleeve that fits my 25 ounce stainless steel bottle. Best of all, it fits under an airplane seat perfectly, even when it's completely full.
