This gluten free, organic basmati is long grain, cooks at low heat, and the cooked rice if fluffy, not hard or soft, just right with such a delicious taste that you can eat by itself with Greek organic extra virgin olive oil and makes a good meal. The price is appropriate for the marketplace, very healthy given that is free of chemicals.

Great quality rice at a great price per pound. Cooks easily and evenly, and has a nice taste. I like the transparency on where the rice is sourced from and the bag is resealable

This rice has been tested as a cleanly grown and processed item with the smallest amount of heavy metals available in rice in general. It tastes good, buttery fragrance and taste like Basmati rice should be, and I like my food clean and sustainable. I will buy more. It was also less expensive than many high quality rices.

This is a pretty straightforward food product. It cooks well in the rice cooker, similar to long grain rice. The texture is nice. It pairs well with any hearty dish as plain rice or I also tried to jazz up the basmati rice to elevate its taste (by adding seasoning to it), and that worked well also. . The packaging was as pictured. Just as importantly, it tastes good. We've had this now for a few months because it got pushed in the back of the pantry. When I cooked it, it still tasted fresh.
