Can you bake bread with this yeast?

You could bake bread, however it isn't bread yeast. You can use bread yeast to ferment wine but it isn't as effective. I would use bread yeast for baking bread.

what is the optimum fermentation temperature?

68 degF-72 degF for ale and a lagger is at 50 degF- 54 degF

Does this yeast produce a lot of sulfur odor? or any other flavors/aromas that would make it a no-go for wines and beers? -penny pinching brewer
