Obsolete HW, But Packaged Nicely
It came packaged nicely and without any scuffs or other obvious damage. Some of the peripherals were brand new. However, the CPU and TPM did not meet minimum Windows 11 requirements. In fact, the original Dell warranty expired in 2020, so it was 6 or 7 yr old hardware. That wasn't at all what I expected. The CPU was 6th generation whereas the requirement is 8th or higher. The TPM was level 1.2 and the requirement is 2.0. There are well documented methods to bypass those requirements, which is how it shipped with Win 11. I almost returned it, but decided to keep it. I hope it lasts given its age.
