Shower room macerator. Does the job as it should at a superb cost. Easy to fit.

This was a waste of time and money. It never really worked properly from the start as it would pump for a second about every minute when not in use and is quite noisy. Completely failed after 8 months. Spend a bit more as the last one I bought from wickes lasted over 3 years.

Easy to fit, an improvement on the well-known brand both in design & price.

First one only lasted 27 days before it became faulty, causing the RCD to trip out every time it’s used, it’s also the worst macerator iv fitted, it’s not easy to service once fitted, to get at all the screws to release the top panel the toilet would require taking out, the cable and plug that it comes will is far to short to locate to a socket that’s in a safe zone.

It does what it says on the box. In the box, however, there were no instructions, no warranty and some jubilee clips missing.

I have bought 2 of these- already returned one. Now less than a year later the other one has broken! It just stopped working and the toilet and bedroom next door has flooded! Very noisy and defiantly not reliable.
