This is the best pillow I've ever owned. For context, I am 4'10" so naturally, I have a shorter neck. I try to sleep on my back to help keep my spine aligned, and this pillow properly supports my neck and back of my head from underneath. The sides of the pillow also keep my head in place so I'm less likely to roll on my side, discouraging me from being a side sleeper again. It's not too soft nor too firm, and when I received the delivery, the pillow arrived brand new and unopened with no unusual odours. I also have a medium-firm memory foam mattress so this pillow sits well on it and doesn't get bent out of shape or lose its form.

ストレートネックの私にはやっぱり合ってます。起床時、首が痛くなくなりましたし、首の変な音もなくなりました。ただ、首元がへたるのが若干早いので、比較的頻繁に替えないと効果がなくなってしまうのが難点でマイナス1にしました。

Really pleased with this, after a good few months of not sleeping using normal soft pillows this has been a god send! Admittedly it took a couple of nights to get used to but it's really helped. I have issues with my neck, currently awaiting surgery for cervical disk removal and nerve decompression which has meant laying in bed with a normal feather pillow was just not comfortable. The way this pillow supports my neck has really helped, less cramping in my legs and hands, little strange getting used to the dip which your head fits into as it means you lay perfectly flat but it works!!! Would definitely recommend for anyone with similar issues.

THIS PILLOW CANNOT BE RETURNED if you purchase it and don’t like it tough bananas. In my case I hated it, when I went to apply for a refund I only found out then that it was not returnable. No where in its description does it say no refund given. They describe it as good for side and back sleepers. It is not, it is good for back sleepers, if you’re more of a combo sleeper then you’re going to run into problems. The hollow area that’s meant for back sleepers interferes with your ability to sleep on your side. The moment you move in your sleep (which most of us do) you find yourself waking up in an uncomfortable position. I did and it gave me such a nagging pain in my neck that lasted all through the day. That was with taking pain killers, and it still tried to persist. To the people who bought this and gave such wonderful reviews I can only think that they’re more back than side sleepers. Anyway, I’m stuck with it now and I can’t even use it as a dog bed because my dogs don’t like it either. Save your money and don’t risk wasting it on this.
