**UPDATE** I have a couple of headsets like these (as mentioned in my first review, they get lost and I must have one on) 😊, but had to hunt this purchase down, it was my first one and I’m so glad that I had found it before the others. It has one difference that all the others don’t. A VOLUME BUTTON. In the pictures THIS product is the blue one, I wanted to show the volume button and it also has a cover for the power plug (this part might be important to someone). I was reading through the comments and found mine, from December 2018. I wanted to update on that alone. This one is still going strong! I wear it nearly everyday, some days until the battery runs out - about 6 full hours listening time at NINE MONTHS old and throughly used. I thought WOW I’m impressed. But, what I like most about this one is, if I haven’t mentioned it before, is the VOLUME BUTTON! 😁😁 It’s the easiest one to wear to use for phone calls; to answer, turn up or down as needed (just a little second long tap) and the quality of the call is excellent. There is nothing wrong with the other brand, they are nearly identical but for the — VOLUME BUTTON. 😁 I love this, NON Ear Plug Headphone! So much so I have two. Well I have two because the ONE THING THAT IS MISSING, is being able to keep up with them. Their pretty small and the blue color in the picture. I tried to order a different color the second time so it would stand out more when I was looking for it but got the same color. I listen to Audible books, not music, so the sound quality is perfect for me. I can still listen to my book, well anywhere; with my husband while he’s watching football, in the grocery store, or even in bed while my husband is sleeping. MISSING ONE THING, is a chain or a lanyard or a little hole for you to put something. SOMETHING to be able to locate it in the bottom of my pocket book, when I fall asleep with it and it’s fallen somewhere, when I laid it down and cannot find it. THIS is why I have two...it’s really irritating when I’ve misplaced both.

Sound quality was poor. Had trouble hearing when there was outside noises involved. Also didn’t stay on my ear as described. If you turned the volume all the way up and another person got close to you they could hear your music or the other person talking if the room was quiet.

Well I drop it and the on button became inoperable

This earhook is very comfortable to wear without having your ear canal filled up open ear design is fantastic battery life is great and calls are very clear very happy with my purchase!!!

I like this guy. Would recommend. expectations were low and this exceeded them. I listen to lots of podcasts and audiobooks and i think its great at what it does, which is let you listen to podcasts and audiobooks. Sound quality is not good, but for most talking it doesn't need to be. I like that its cordless. I like that its symmetrical, (ie can switch to either ear). I like that it linked up the first time I tried and every time since. I like that the range is sufficient or my small apartment i can leave my phone on my desk or countertop. i like forgetting its on my ear while i do chores and stuff. I don't like how sound starts to sputter at low battery. I don't like how goofy looking it is and I can't bring myself to wear it in public. I don't like how the usb micro charging port isn't USB-C like all my other chargers now. Overall, I'd recommend giving it a try if you are considering it. Its not the perfect sound solution by any means, but it has its uses and its fun.

Noise cancelling is non-existent. Very poor quality. After 6 months, will not connect to phone for calls or music.

Fits easily OVER my ear, as opposed to IN my ear. Perfectly comfortable for people with sensitive ears or very small ear canals. I like that the people on the other end of the conversation cannot tell that I am using a bluetooth earpiece. It's also the first earpiece that I've had that doesn't cause an echo on the other end. The only things I would ask that the inventor change, is to make it last all day and not beep obnoxiously when there's a second incoming call. To resolve these issues, I have a second charged earpiece with me and when I have another call come in, I switch the bluetooth off in order to ask the first caller to please hold on. I also listen to my Netflix and my Pandora with it. Over all it's an AWESOME product! I've purchased six so far and I'll be buying more soon. PS: I wish there were more color choices. I'd like to buy a few in rose gold. ;)

This device is horrible and this is my third time order it and it still is not working properly! A waste of my money and time! Please fix before shipping! I never received my replacement from months ago either! Bad product do not order

Unfortunately this product was not suitable and I have requested to return it. Audio from device seemed OK, not great, but fine for taking calls. However everyone who called me said they could hardly hear me and they kept hearing static / crackling every few seconds. Even though the iPhone was right next to it. As this was going to be my main headset for work calls it isn't acceptable quality.
