I have bought this gum multiple times now. It definitely gives me the energy I need to get through the day and also I know its not the same for everyone but I used this as the gum to help me quit smoking. The flavor is strong at first and fades pretty quickly but I dont chew for the flavor. Sometimes I have the same piece in for 2 hours maybe even 3. This gum definitely helped me quit smoking and does give me the focus and energy to get through my day.

This is good stuff right here. It's my go to energy drink in a gum or mint chewable. Very affordable. No where near as strong as a Red Bull or Monster, but they don't claim to be either. But if you want a stronger sensation just take two pieces of gum or two pieces of mint. No jitters or upset stomach with these. And they also tend to curb my appetite. Highly recommend
