What size do I need for a women's size 6?

I am a women size 5 should I get the same size

How long are the fins and how wide are the fins

No tape measure with me but they are about 17 inches long and 9 inches wide at the widest. They are in between those small swim fins and bigger snorkel fins. Perfect size.

Is there a size chart for these fins? I need some for my 3 year old. He's currently wearing a toddler/preschooler size 8.

There is.It's based on the color of the fin.I would probably chose the xsmall but go totheir website and double check. 

If worn in pool, will they leave marks on pool surface?

No, Speedo nor Sporti swim fins leave marks. I have both. My preferences is Sporti because they are more durable.
