Even refurbished this is a good usable laptop. Worked fine out of the box. No problems after a month. Of course, you may want a larger screen (who wouldn't?) and maybe want a little higher spec model, but for the price, EXCELLENT value.

Battery life is about 3 hours or so. Somtimes the screen won’t come on unless you plug it in and it will still be at 50 percent battery. Other times you have to press the power button and wait for a while. But it’s all good. It works good for my spouse and I. We only use it for 3d printing, cricket designs and sublimation type stuff. The top layer did start pilling up but they made it right and took care of me. Easy set up. The size is good not crazy big but big enough to see.

I received this laptop last week under Amazon's excellent condition statement. While the laptop is good and I had no issues with the battery, screen, keyboard, or ports, my expectations for excellent condition were higher. I don't regret buying it, but I thought I would share my hands-on experience, hoping that it can help someone else make an informed decision. 1. I didn't receive it in its original package. I was fine with it, as original packaging isn't always expected for a used device. 2. I didn't receive the original Dell charger; instead, a third-party charger was provided that works fine so far. 3. There are no visible scratches on the body of the laptop or the screen, but strangely, it is wrapped with a gray plastic wrapping, which I have not removed. I don't know if there are scratches or dents under that. 4. The keyboard in my device is not backlit, which is a shame. Ideally, the seller should disclose this in the advertisement, as it could be a deal breaker for some. 5. There is no fingerprint sensor, so I have to live with a pin and a password 6. The Windows 11 on the laptop is activated, so no issues with that. It also works perfectly with major Linux distros like Ubuntu or Mint.

DO NOT BUY. I've purchased this laptop for business, and the day I brought it to the office after configuring the laptop to proper encryption (normal windows 11 pro protocol), the laptop was freezing, overheating, and dying after 2 hours of use. Just doing basic webpage based application. Amazon Renewed needs to improved and not false advised because the "excellent condition laptop" they sold me had the backside of the screen coming off. Overall terrible renewed laptop, probably should stay away. Now I have to test my luck with another windows 11 pro renewed laptop. Renewed laptop should at least be usable for at one week?!

Everything was as described! So far, no issues. It was in great shape!

This is a great computer I got it in good condition with the battery life wasn’t that great I had to buy a new one but it was only like 25$ which isn’t bad at all I opened in the computer and the inside looks brand new the out side is a little rougher on the edges but it still works great.

Laptop is great value. Excellent condition and works perfectly.

So far so good. Product exactly as described. Runs smooth, immediate startup. I did need to go into BIOS Setup to enable Bluetooth, which ChatGPT walked me through. Screen graphics are great, as is touchscreen. Just a few minor cosmetic scratches on the edges, which is to be expected from a refurbished device. Only had it a few days but I'm already putting it under good use, as to test it out and make sure it will hold up for University, Work, and Personal use. I will be using it for graphic design as well. It took about a month to ship, but once it shipped only a few days to get here. I greatly appreciate the affordable price for what seems to be a great laptop. If nothing changes in how well it runs, this review will stay as is.

Esta computadora iba bien hasta llegar al 50 % de pila, lo cual sucedía en 50 min aproximadamente. Después de ahí se iba descargando la pila muy rapidamente, casi no duraba 15 minutos encendida. Hice la devolución a inicios de febrero y no ha procedido. No la compren, evítense todo el proceso

Es el producto más feo que he visto, parece que la compu la sacaron de la basura. No volvería a comprar equipos renovados en Amazón, además se equivocaron en el cargador, la laptop necesitaba tipo C y enviaron circular. La laptop bien maltratada.

No me sirvió porque no detectaba el DD y no se pudo configurar por tal motivo lo regresé y ahora estoy esperando mi devolución.

No la pude usar porque venía configurada nada más para correo escolar o de trabajo, nunca me dejó configurarla, la tuve que devolver y todavía no me han reembolsado
