これまでは腕だけで上がっていた感覚があったのですが、これを付けてやりましたら背中に効いた上がり方が出来るようになりました。ありがたい。 そして前腕が筋肉痛になりました。 素晴らしい。

これは私の事前調査不足もありますが、私はFlexBellの32kg(2kg刻み)の可変式ダンベルを使用しております。ですが、このファットグリップの方がFlexBellの持ち手部分より長さがあるため、装着不可でした。 事前に調査していなかった自分のせいでもありますが、、非常に残念な気持ちになりました。 ダンベルによっては装着不可であること、今後本製品を購入される方は事前調査をしっかりと行うことを推奨いたします。 ※ダンベルには装着不可でしたが、EZバーやチンニングには装着できトレーニングに活用しております。上腕に非常に効いているのがわかります。物はとても良い製品です。

主にEZバー、ダンベルに装置使用しています。 アームレスリングを意識したトレーニングをしていますが、これは効く！！ グリップがとても良いので、ダンベル装置時は、指の力だけでダンベルを持つようにしたりすると、指の根元にも効きます。 手首にもすごく効果あります。 ステンレスだけの持ち手だと滑るので、こうはいきません。 厚みもあり、筋肉の芯に効いてる感じですね。 非着用の時よりもレップ数は落ちますけど、その分丁寧なトレーニングになります。 また、これ単体でニギニギして握力強化もしています。 使い方は、アイデア次第なところもあり、手離せないですね♪

十分体感できます。ウェイトを増やさなくてもきつくなります。このまま続けたらしっかり鍛えられそうです。

I've used them on my standard straight bars, my dumbbells etc and they fit perfect and you don't feel any slippage or movement. It's like they're molded to what you put it on. Buenisimas, se siente como trabaja el antebrazo de inmediato. Pero si se quieren ahorrar el estar fuera de comision por un rato, no hagan hammer curls con ellas sin bajar significativamente el peso. Quien tiene dos pulgares lastimados y no pudo hacer ejercicio por un par de semanas? <--
