I've tasted coffees from all over the world and this Ethiopian coffee was a delicacy of coffee for me. Truly hard to beat. I will continue to purchase this great brew.

So.... when it says " We keep tight supplies so nothing sits over 30 days"... Mine was 32 days old from date of manufacture to date of shipping. Splitting hairs I guess. My real complaint was the grind. I ordered it ground, yet it was very uneven large chunks and fine powder (dull blade grind?). This was not suitable for french pressing. I can use this for drip only. Don't get me wrong, the taste is ok for my drip, but a little bitter from the grind most likely. I purchased this for my french press weekends and was disappointed. ***** UPDATE ***** So I felt was a bit unfair regarding the "grind" issue. I've enjoyed the coffee in my old drip for 3 days now and it's EXCELLENT COFFEE. Buying the beans next time :)

Very nice med to light beans. Smells sweet and floral. Mild acid. Great unique flavor you can recognize and appreciate over other beans. Really excellent. I brew in my xbloom studio and my coffee is next level. Facts.

Muchas gracias no lo había abierto el sobre de Amazon y ya olía sabroso rico vamos a probarlo, ya lo prove wooow i creíble el aroma y el sabor es algo que no se puede describir y eso que yo solo tomo los de colombia qué son uno de los mejores del mundo pero este cafe es riquísimo.
