Awesome product. I’m not new to this and have used it off and on and as needed. The smell is nice. The texture is light and it keeps my skin soft and protected as it evens out my skin tone. It absorbs well and the price is right.

I repurchased this product. Works well, creamy and goes on very smoothly. Feels light on the skin and is not oily at all. Scent not notable.

The word "gel" is misleading... It's kind of more like an oily cream. Or a really lotion-y ointment. Metal tube. Very orange colored interesting to describe viscosity. It goes on well, and a little goes a long way, literally. It spreads similarly to raw coconut oil, but less oily...and almost more greasy? I haven't seen results as far as crazy noticeable magically disappearing scars as of yet, but, if you expect anything to work like a genies magic wand (paying attention to have caught that?) then you're never going to be happy with the product. I will say-i have had no ill side effects what so ever, and for me that is HUGE news. It hasn't clogged pores, the coloring doesn't transfer to clothing or other fabric, no break outs, no sensitivity or redness, nothing. Which is good! I usually use the liquid version of this product from the same brand and I like it a lot. I've used that for about 4 bottles worth and finally decided to compare to the 'gel' to see if I like it better or prefer it for different areas. I think the liquid layers better applying it first and lotion etc over top, but with this you don't really need any lotion. And both products are extremely fairly priced.

I was looking for a true gel that would absorb quickly, especially for use on my neck and underarms before getting dressed. But this is definitely not a gel in the way most people would expect. The texture is creamy, not lightweight or watery, and it sits on the skin much longer than a real gel would. If you are someone who wants something fast-drying that disappears into the skin within seconds, this probably will not be the right fit. I found myself having to wait before putting on clothes, which was a little frustrating when I was in a hurry. On the plus side, the formula did not feel greasy, and the scent was mild. I just personally stopped reaching for it after a few tries because I was expecting something different. I wanted that quick, clean feeling you usually get from gel-based products, and this did not give me that. If you are okay with a slower-absorbing cream and want something you can use at night or when you are not in a rush, this might still be worth trying. Just know in advance that the texture is thicker than the name suggests.

Trust me when I say this stuff is the truth! I’ve tried so many products and even went to the dermatologist to get a special compound of hydroquinone & kojic acid made and nothing made a significant difference on fading my dark spots from scrapes/cuts/bites. Ambie sucked, the Carotis brightening gel was pretty good, however I swear I notice my dark marks fade each time I use this cream. It’s incredible. I started using it months ago very infrequently, maybe a couple of times a week because I lost hope and assumed after trying dozens of products nothing would work. Then, I started noticing the marks were actually getting lighter and now I’m using it daily, at best twice a day, but I often forget to apply in the morning. You must be consistent and you must give it time! With consistency (using twice daily) you should notice a significant improvement after only two weeks which is impressive because our skin has layers and it’s usually difficult for products to penetrate past the layer of dead skin that easily. I’ll be buying more and trying it on my elbows because they are hyperpigmented. Gonna return and update with photos once my scars are fully faded!

Be careful. The ingredients currently listed for this product "Monopropylene Glycol, Alpha Arbutin Complex, Vitamin C, Polymer, Phenoxyethanol, Methyiparaben, Ethyiparaben, Butyiparaben, Propyiparaben, Isobutyiparaben, Tetrasodlum EDTA, BHT, Fragrance (Parfum)" as of 06/23/25 are not what this product actually contains - at least if purchased from Beauty Dreams. Firstly, in a product that's called a "Vitamin C Gel", ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is the last thing on the ingredients list (not the third). Not only that, but the Alpha Arbutin that is cited is the 6th ingredient - not the 2nd as listed - as is actually Arbutin (a less effective and less stable form). The actual formulation also contains Titanium Dioxide which I can only assume is meant to give whatever area you're using this on a whiter/paler look while the gel is on so you think it's working better than it is, but that's just a guess.

No le tenía mucha fe pero la verdad me aclaró bastante la piel de las axilas, un cambio del cielo a la tierra, hay que usarlo diario y ser paciente, hubo unos días donde tenía un lado claro y otro oscuro pero con el tiempo se matizó así que no se asusten. Lo volvería a comprar 10/10 quedé sorprendida

Skin condition: combination to almost dry. Allergic- Vitamin C serum and creams. very bad rashes, itchiness to bumps and skin burned badly the next day. I ordered this, tried a very little on wrist then on my face. Best thing ever, nope no rashes at all. Been using twice a week and I also use moisturiser right after it dries , and I am doing just fine. The cream absorbs well n smells like your vitamin c chewable tablet. Im hoping to see some changes , will keep on using it and see how it goes.

I've been dealing with hyperpigmentation caused by my eczema for the past three years, and this definitely works!! My arms and legs were covered with the most stubborn hyperpigmentation ever. I've tried Vitamin C lotions, different serums, and natural remedies, but nothing worked. But when I started using this, it only took two to three weeks for my arms and legs to go back to normal. I apply it once at night, I also use coconut butter as a moisturizer twice a day, and my skin feels AND looks great!! Trust me, it does work.

I forgot the next morning after putting this on, and kind of jumped at my reflection in the mirror wondering why my face looked different. It: -removed my redness, which made my face the colour that it should be! -tone / colour was evened out, including hormonal -tightened my fine lines (crinkles as i call them) on my forehead -helped with acne scaring, this was faded too -skin looked tighter, lifted and more like young skin?! Not sure how to explain it My face is now the same colour as my arm! Id gotten so used to a peachy red face with all these marks. Bearing in mind i have very very pale skin that shows anything and everything so easily - even the lightest scratch leaves a massively obvious red mark. For this reason i didnt expect this. SO happy. Its also a really soothing feel when applied - like a gentle warmth that eases off. Glides well over the skin. Pretty pinkish colour and lightly creamy.

I absolutely love this vitamin c gel, the consistency is similar to a light cream and the formula provides hydration on top of bringing a visible brightness and glow to your face. The tube lasts forever as you only need a small amount and the price point is great. I will be repurchssing as long as its available on amazon!
