Will this product work when making frappuccinos?

The product Xanthan Gum is to make flours that don't have self rising agents in them rise.(example rice flour does not rise on it's own. you need the Xanthan Gum to make it rise) I don't drink Frappuccinos, I don't believe there is anything that needs to rise in a Frappuccuccino.

Can this be used for jams and sauces?

I'm sorry I'm not sure about use in jams unless you aren't going to can it for long term storage... If uses for short term (immediate use) it should work fine. I do know it works great in sauces. Good luck!

Wirkt bei schon kleinen Mengen so start das es zu Verklumpumg kommt. Am besten mit Mixer langsam einbringen damit keine Klumpen entstehen. Ich musste die Klumpen nachher aussieben.
