Best purchase ever, and that's saying a lot because I have a shopping addiction lol 😆. In all honesty though, I didn't think this was capable of giving me the hard workout I was wanting, but I bought it anyway, to try it out. There is tension in the steppers which really gives your legs a workout, and gets me out of breath quickly. I have to do it in 5 minute intervals, because it really takes my breath away and gives me a really good workout. It's small, which is perfect because I don't have a lot of room in my cottage. I put it under my bed when I'm not using it. I do find it hard to use without gripping onto a wall or something because it's fairly unstable to use on its own, which isn't a big deal for me, I just hold onto the wall while I'm using the stepper. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I love this mini stepper! I have arthritis in the knees, but if my form is right it doesn’t hurt at all and this stepper helps strengthen your quads etc. The portability of this stepper makes it so much fun to use. I have yet to download the app (I’ve had this stepper 2 days), but will soon. If you want to get steps in while watching your baby monitor, this is the stepper to get! Use the resistance bands to get whole body and really burn Cals! This stepper was my first choice after the Fitly stepper. The specs were slightly higher and I decided I wanted pink and white. It is well made and so easy to put together. Some might not like the tiny LCD screen, but I like it. I don’t have to stare at it the whole time and my average so far is 15m at the beginner tension level (changed by the knob that controls the distance of the pulley) . I will review again after some usage, but so far, I love it.

I love this thing ! I use it every night for 20 minutes with the resistance bands for an added arm workout. You will feel the burn! I’ve noticed a difference in my body already. I paired this with a calorie deficit diet and fast and have seen the fat melt off my body in 2 weeks. It’s quick, easy, and definitely worth it .
