Is this what they use to make agedashi tofu?

I did a little bit of research and found that agedashi tofu's ingredients are dashi, soy sauce and mirin and dashi is usually made with kombu and dried bonito flakes. Hon-Dashi (Bonito Fish soup) used bonito power and bonito extract. Not the same ingredients. So you might want to use Bonito flakes instead of this.

How do you store this?

Store in cool place. Keep lid tightly closed . Should last 6-12 months . Does not need to stored in refrigeration. B ut you can keep longer in refridgeratiom. What are you cooking and how did you hear about it.
