This company was amazing to work with !! I have a small problem with the item when it was delivered and first opened. I called Amazon and emailed the company directly. The company contacted me very quickly and couldn’t do enough to rectify the situation. I honestly haven’t been exposed to that high level of customer service in decades, no exaggeration! So far the product is working exactly as intended, for me it’s a secondary unit for small projects or quick cleaning. It’s very portable and heats up super quick. The steam isn’t as hot as my larger machine, but I didn’t expect it would be. Product as expected and very positive , unexpected customer service experience.

Thought it was great. First time I used it was perfect. After that went to use it again, it would turn on but not make steam. Tried trouble shooting and nothing. Since it is out side of my return time by a couple days my options was to throw it out. Would not recommend. Spend a little more money and get a better quality.

This steam cleaner works great! Not going to lie, I was a little skeptical at first but I quickly found out that it made my life easier when cleaning all sorts places in my house - from tile grout to my oven and my grill to my windows. It heats up quick and the steam pressure is consistent and solid. On top of a great product, the customer service support is even better. I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for an easy to use steam cleaner.

This thing is great. Especially on grout. I tried just the steam alone and just took too long. But if you use Black Diamond grout cleaner for 10 min. Then scub grout with wire brush from harbor freight. Then use this. Much faster and grout like new. Little extra help does help sometimes. Cleand my blinds no prob. Great little steamer.
