I saw these used by a YouTuber and wanted to give them a try. My cakes turned out beautifully with no crispy or brown edges. They also kept the cakes flat to stack and cooked uniformly. No need to buy the brand, which I almost did. These work every bit as good, and at a lower cost!

This is the second set of these I’ve purchased. They absolutely keep your cakes from doming in the middle, making for much easier stacking and icing. Good value for the price. My first set lasted about 3 years of semi-commercial baking. The only negative is that it is difficult to get them to absorb water.

I was doubtful that that these strips would make much of a difference, but decided to give them a try. They really worked. The cake batter rose evenly over the whole cake top. The sides of the cake were not as brown, but I'm sure they are going to taste good. I used a Betty Crocker yellow cake mix and the cake turned out more spongy than in the old way of baking. The cakes rose to the top of the layer cake pans and were done in 22 minutes. These strips are a good buy and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend adding them to your baking supplies.

I'm not sure what I did wrong. I soaked the pieces for 5 min then wrapped them around my pans. It came out cracked & uneven. I do like the idea.

I decided to try these strips out while making my mini cakes. Im impressed with how much thought they put into making these adjustable. There are two loops and one of the loops is movable so you can tuck the leftover tail in anywhere. I can use them with my 4” cake pans as well as my 9” pans. Im even more thrilled with the results. Without the strips the edges of the cake, top and sides would be brown and crispy. Im loving how my cakes turn out now, soft and pillowy all around. There are no instructions in the packaging, but soak these in water for at least 5 minutes before using.

Believe Cakes bake better when using these bands moist around cake pans. They work well. These are good quality! Recommend them.

Looks exactly like picture. I soaked them in water squeezed out the excess and placed around the pan. The cakes came out perfectly flat I was shocked how well it worked. I definitely recommend!
