Item was faulty and didn’t work

Its just okay, any parents that have kids know how much a quiet vibe can be worth... When I first got it for my wife it was quiet, unlike the other vibes we have/had owned most of them closely resemble the sound profile of a tiny 2 cycle engine. Well fast forward after a couple months a use, its just as loud as the old cheap ones I spent $90 on to replace. It still get the job done, but the usefulness of its most coveted feature has failed.Things that are great.-No batteries, USB charging, and it charges freaky fast like 10-15 minutes and its good for a couple hours of naughtiness (not like that actually happens, but incase it did)-Its waterproofish? I haven't tested this feature because the open charging port leaves me a little scared.-Small and has a decent amount of power for its size.-Came in fancy box.Not so great.-What started as a low frequency hum has turned into a very audible BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ-needs a plug for the charging port IMHO...-Costs a good deal of money, and then let us down.-The music feature seems pointless at least my wife wasn't impressed...

Won't hold a charge for 5 minutes, constantly buzzing on its own, and the top plastic keeps trying to rip off with any movements.

This product is NOT waterproof, should not be used in the bath, despite what the manufacturer claims. ("Waterproof to 1 meter") It's water resistant enough to clean it using running water in your sink, but don't submerge the thing. I registered this product on LELO's website, but when it came time to file a warranty claim, all I got was an auto-responder email promising to be contacted by customer service in the next two days (that was two weeks ago, and not a peep from LELO).However, the reseller, (FunWares) has outstanding customer service, and swapped it out, no problem! FunWares is highly recommended, and has earned ALL my future business for items of this nature. Thank you FunWares. Great price, great service.The vibe itself is great with one exception; the feature where the vibe reacts to sound is kinda crappy. It just kinda springs to life "full power", when a sound triggers it, else it's off. You can't adjust the sound sensitivity, nor the vibration intensity in that mode. It's quite unpredictable, and the end result was a "buzz kill", if you know what I mean.But in normal mode, the vibe is awesome!Powerful, Quiet, And just the right size.Plenty of vibration patterns to choose from.All the patterns are adjustable in intensity.Charge lasted a long time (over an hour of use)Cheers

Nice little toy. Has enough power, charges quickly and lasts for quite some time. The music vibration patterns are the most useless feature i've ever seen. In fact it's really annoying. I don't know if it's really waterproof, but the charging slot doesn't look like it can be put under water.Nice toy, but a little bit too expensive.
