Do these erase completely, or do they leave a ghost image?

All the ink erases off easily. It doesn't leave a ghost mark from leftover ink that wasn't erased completely.

How opaque are these? Are the colors intense enough to use on a glass window?

Some of them -- mostly the darker colors -- will work on glass. Some of the neon colors, like orange, will work too. Try marking on both sides of the glass for a more vibrant effect. Good luck!

I had ordered this item with a promotional code and coupon code and successfully had ordered this item and got a refund instead. why is that?

Ask Amazon…. I’ve had many things show they were charged, shipped, and headed to me to then get an email saying they cannot deliver it and they issue a refund without your having cancelled the order.

How do i get the msds for these markers?

I would use the MSDS for the expo ones or any other major brand. These are essentially manufactured at the same facility so the product is the same.
