MOCAFE Charcoal Mocha Mix, 3-Pound Bag Instant Frappe Mix, Coffee House Style Blended Drink Used in Coffee Shops

Had a drink with what I assume is this mix at a coffee shop and loved it. Saw this was basically the only economical option for a Charcoal Mocha Frappe mix online and ordered it. Just made a Frappe following the recipe on the package today and it was excellent. Highly recommend it, the taste was superb.

Apparently, 4 count does not mean you get 4...please fix that in your flavor choices. It's quite disappointing when you think you're getting a good deal and are going to share the other three with some family members...and then you only get one bag. As for the taste, it's good, but a little bitter, which is fine with me as I'm not a huge fan of sweets. Came quicker than expected and packaging was fine. Again...fix your flavor title. The fact that I felt deceived is why you got 3 stars. If you want to get that up to a five, feel free to either return some of my money, or send more product. And of course...fix the deception.

I was very excited to try this product out as I had tried charcoal coffee at a coffee shop (which was absolutely delicious, it tasted like the brownie part of an ice cream cake!). When the package came in, it was a bit off putting to see that there was a lead warning label. Not sure if this is a warning label put on all charcoal coffee mixes, but feeling very mixed about it. Of course I still tried it… It’s not too hard to mix for an iced coffee (I added a shot of espresso and mixed in the powder that way, then added milk). It’s a bit bitter, but that might be able to be fixed by adding more of the powder. Overall, not horrible, but I will most likely try a different brand in the future to see if I can find a slightly sweeter one. I would’ve thought that mixing in 40g (1 scoop) would’ve been plenty but I will try adding slightly more to see if it’s to my taste The bag is pretty big and says it can make up to 34 servings.

I wish I could give this product a 20 star review because this taste ahhhhmazing. The issue is it clearly states I will get 4 bags... .we only got one :(

Terrible taste, basically unusable. I would recommend looking at other options/brands. Waste of money & disappointed.

It may just be me, but my a’hole decided it was an octopus spraying black ink for a few days!

This product is absolutely horrible!!!!!!

Bag size is good and shipped pretty fast.
