This product seems to work quite well. The only complaint I have is what monster designed the packaging and scoop?! The container is too narrow and I struggle to get my average size hand into the container, which is necessary to reach the miniature scoop that is so tiny you HAVE to stick your hand all the way in to the bottom. Other than that, great!

I add this to my creatine every day Works very good for me. My son suggested it to me. I’ve been using it for about two years and I like it and this brand.

Added this to my daily routine (about 4 scoops a day) and it seems to work well for increasing strength. I had to swap weights around because some of the things I was doing stopped topping out at a low level. I think this and creatine have worked well to help build more muscle. I’ll say, it is bitter so I combine it with allulose and creatine and drink and then later I’ll mix more in with my protein powder to overpower the bitterness Smells like body odor. Seriously. It’s gaggle if you aren’t paying attention and take a big whiff. Hard to get into the container. Took forever to find the tiny 1gr scoop. Powder gets everywhere. But those are minor compared to the perceived benefits. If I could only take a few supplements, not including protein powder as a “supplement”, I would likely never give up my creating nor my HMB.

(4.5) Ive only been taking for a couple weeks so I can’t really speak about results. But it seems to be a really good value and I hope to experience some noticable differences soon. I’ve been eating in a deficit and very low carb with high protein and have also been working out regular. Definitely losing weight and gaining muscle. I’ve tried the powder just dumped from the scoop onto my tongue and it’s pretty bitter. But mixed with 10+ ounces of liquid it’s barely noticeable. It’s a very fine powder and the scoop is very short so my hands are always getting covered. Easiest to leave the scoop on top of the container rather that tossing it in after each use. Much neater that way

just started using so i will have to write a better theme when I have ordered and used for time. does mix well and taste ok
