Review: Love, love, love - I have wanted one of these mops for a long time just never thought they would really work. I ran across this mop and thought the price was good and if I didn’t like it I would return or lose a small amount of money. When it arrived I needed to attach the handle (easy) and put the plug in the drain on the spinner side. Not as easy since the plug was bent but it eventually went in the drain and no leaks. The last assembly was to connect the 2 sides together which took me a little bit to align due to issues with my hands but I think for most people it would be easy. Then I was ready to use - filled one bucket with water and flower cleaner and left other side empty. Took a little practice to get mop to sit correctly in water bucket but again could just be my hands. Then dropped mop into the spin side and pushed the handle down and spinning happened I was very excited it worked. Kept spinning the mop a few more times and then felt the mop and it was dry enough for me to start mopping. Love the head moves so I can roll against baseboards and it’s slim enough for me to get under beds and tighter spaces. The spinner took enough water out of the mop that my floors didn’t puddle and dried quickly. After mopping one section of floor I rinsed and spun mop again and saw the dirt my swifter had been missing. I repeated cleaning with clear water later and feel my floors are cleaner now than using the swifter and the buckets have wheels and it moves easily on hard floors. The only negatives for me was the plug for the drain not already attached and bent. The other was not being able to connect buckets easily. Again this could be my hands but then I would not recommend trying to connect buckets if you have arthritis, RA or any other joint issue. But the spinner helps me so much I love it. Review: Excellent mop system!! - Sturdy 2 bucket spin mop system. Minor difficulty assembling if you have difficulties with snap or slide together. I could not get the buckets snapped together easily, which I don't see taking them apart again to be worth the struggle ..hmm 🤔 The little bottle is ummm, little. Very little. I've included a couple of snapshots to give more detail. Perfect for concentrate floor cleaner, enzyme cleaner etc. Very easy to use for intended purpose tho, spin mopping!!

Great mop for smaller Apts
I threw out my swiffer. This is a great mop ! It’s a smart design and efficient. I have a one bedroom apt so it’s perfect for my hardwood floors. I used a Swiffer for the last 6 months and never felt clean. So I bought this and just used mild vinegar and water. My door has never been so clean. The fact that you can stack the buckets is genius and the stainless steel basket makes it cleaner. Love this ... wish they had more colors also if you have a big house or area you may find this a bit small. I would say it hold 1-2 gallons of water. Close 1 and 1/2 gallons. But it’s great for a 1 bedroom apt or studio with less space. Love mine and happy !!! Oh washed mop head and it car out perfect. No shedding or tearing of item.

I'm pretty sure they would replace it but since it does the job I wont ask to have it replaced.
Greatly impressed with the design idea of stacking buckets & spin mop. Sadly ,it cracked as I was taking it apart. Easy to use- yes but cat hair really sticks to mop head even with washing. & no instructions on how to clean the side used for extracting water. Easy to assemble- yes. But taking it apart as gingerly as I could the plastic lid part cracked. Light weight- yes! Spinner works great!

Great Mop
This mop is easy to use, light weight. The Best thing I like is when you release the lock on the side of the mop in order to spin out the water in the wringer. The only drawback or suggestion I could make is having more material on the mop head. It doesn't happen all too often, but at times, the plastic base scrapes the floor. No marks are made from this, I just think the mop heads are not as full with material/yarn as they could be. I love the old rag mops, but the buckets are so big and cumbersome, this is smaller and is a rag mop, which I like. Overall, I am more happy with this mop than I have been with the other mops I have bought in the last 2 years that were supposed to be easy to use on hardwood floors.

Cheaply made - couldn’t be more disappointed
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Everything is wrong with this cheaply made piece of junk. The tabs wouldn’t line up to ensure the buckets would fit snugly together. One bucket sat .5” higher than the other. The mop won’t stay on the spinner contraption without holding it on with your hand...kind of defeats the purpose of hands-free ringing. Plastic piece that holds mop head is too large and the plastic scratches the floor when mop is in use. The handle to pull the bucket, haha!! Don’t even get me started. It was flimsier than a sandpail my kids play with on the beach. And unless you are 3’ tall of shorter, you will walk hunched over to drag the bucket around. Only 3 of the tabs that hold the spinner in place would detach, so there is no way to completely pull the spinner contraption off to remove it to clean out the dirty water. There are no directions included. One final thing... there are at least 4 typos in the description on the exterior of the box. Further demonstrates the lack of attention to detail with this product. I wish the designer would come clean up all of the water that spilled all over the floor. Oh, I almost forgot...the arrow to the full line? Four different people looked for it...we never found it. Worst amazon purchase ever.

This is a great product.
I did not find putting it together difficult, but I had previous experience with a similar product. These mops work very well for surface dirt. They make mopping much quicker and efficient even if it doesn't scrubbing dried on food or the like (grandchildren). I love how easy it is to spin out the water from the mop. One trick is to straighten the handle to perpendicular to the mop when you go to rinse it off and re-spin the mop. Don't forget to close the drain plug!

Easy and affordable
Loved that this system came with 2 buckets so you don't have to mop your floors in dirty water. Also like that it has the option of carrying it with handles OR rolling it place to place. I don't find that the soap dispenser is of any use to me but I guess it could be useful for someone else. The only issue I have with this system is that the 2 buckets don't clip together very well but in the whole scheme of things, that is minimal. I would recommend this product!
