Ok I was super skeptical, and I know it goes hand in hand with diet and exercise which is impossible to avoid, but for someone like me who really struggles with appetite spikes when I’m dieting, this has really genuinely taken the edge off. I’ve found these really help me to stick to my diet. And I’ve only been taking 4 a day. No side effects, recommend for sure 👍🏻

So far so good no side effects. My only concern is the dose. Recommended daily dose is on 3000. But you state 6 capsules a day. Only been on it 3 days and been taking 3 tablets which is still too much ?? Does this only work if you take 6 ?

I never had issues with this product before, however, this time (order placed on 8th Aug 2023) it had a very unpleasant smell and taste.

They worked really well for me. Initially I started taking only one capsule before or with a meal, it was enough to make me feel full. Now I am taking two per meal, I guess it depends on how hungry I am. Right after having them I feel a bit too bloated (and wanting to burp) but after 15-20 minutes it goes away and makes me feel fuller for longer. 5 stars as it does what it says

I’ve been having these 2-3 around 2 hours before a meal and I am satisfied by much smaller portions and I’m not snacking inbetween meals. I was curious of some of the videos posted so I did my own, this is 4 tablets emptied in around 100ml water, and given a good stir for 2 mins (mimicking the digestive system although it was cold water, would probably be more effect at 38 degrees) It turns the water into a thick gooey liquid, which would happen in the stomach making you feel fuller. It’s not Ozempic, you can still eat and if you lack self control it might not be the right solution for you, but if you’re generally a healthy eater or able to follow a calorie controlled diet then these will certainly help you feel full/ satiated from smaller portions.

Didn’t find these suppressed my appetite, or made me feel any fuller for longer. Quite big but can snap in half to swallow. I will say I only use them for about three weeks, so maybe with more regular use, I would see a difference.

Después de un mes usándolo estoy encantada... He perdido 6 kg en un mes.. no hace milagros tienes que acompañarlo de déficit calórico y deporte... Pero hace que te sientas saciada y no tengas ansiedad por la comida y eso hace que sea más fácil y estés más motivada... Yo el único efecto secundario que he notado es que voy mejor al baño, así que si te cuesta ir este es tu producto..

Ik gebruik deze Glucomannan Konjac 3000 mg Complex nu een tijdje en merk duidelijk verschil. Mijn eetlust is minder, waardoor ik makkelijker kleinere porties eet en minder behoefte heb aan tussendoortjes. Het helpt mij zeker bij het afvallen, zonder vervelende bijwerkingen. Wel belangrijk om genoeg water te drinken, maar verder ben ik erg tevreden met het resultaat!
