H&N Baracuda Hunter Pellets

The most accurate pellet so far with my Kodiak Silver X2. With iron sights rigged on the gun i can hit an ice cube (thin side facing me) from about 10 yrds. Just for fun i set up a 12" fry pan and was around 50 yrds away from that and hitting it over 70% of the time (the misses might be shooter error) if i was using a scope, indoors, with some type of a rest i bet a good shooter could hit the ice from farther. Gun says it shoots (lead) pellets at 830fps but that was more than enough to hit what i want it to. Some pellets were ricocheting when shooting at the pan from that far! I really like these and so does the springer. No major defects found and was shipped on time. UPDATE: This does a great job humanely killing small pests such as the destructive chipmunks and such. I got a nice one shot head shot on a rabbit from 9 yards with the same gun. Went right through instant death dropped right where it was. Awesome pellets i bought more

Incredibly accurate and much more stopping power than previously purchased ammunition. I'm using a Benjamin Titan NP out to 40 yards at times and these pellets are the most predictable and consistent that I've found yet. Was previously using a variety of ammo to include Gamo, Crosman, Benjamin, Predator, and JSB but they were mediocre for accuracy at the distances I required. After sighting in this ammo I am able to shoot quarter groupings at 30 yards. Stopping power is amazing as a hit to any critical area (chest, ribs, neck, head) results in the animal either immediately dropping or jumping several feet and expiring. Prior hollowpoint ammo has been disappointing in this regard as critical hits do not result in the immediate stopping power that hollowpoints are renowned for. Build quality is on par with the most expensive ammo that I've used. I've gone through 3/4 of the can and have found only one misshapen round. That, to me, is a quality ammo. I can feel confident reaching into the can and knowing that I will have a perfect pellet to place into the barrel. For my uses, I believe I've found the ammo I'll continue to use as long as I'm hunting with my air rifle. Will be purchasing again.

I have tried many pellets, mostly of the Beeman brand because I have liked the quality in the past and I am using an RX2 for the shooting. After testing many types of pellets I have found the RamJet to be the most accurate with my rifle. Well, I can no longer buy these because they are no longer available. Rats I thought, because now I am going to have find another pellet that works with my rifle. Boy am I glad I had to because these H&N pellets are great. They fit snugly (tightly) and I get no flyers. If I can hold it steady they are extremely accurate. Knock down power will now be tested. With the design of the pellet I can only assume it also will delight me.

This pellet is amazing. Prior using this, I was using the very accurate Crosman Premier Hollow Points. They are also very accurate but these, they are super accurate and they hit ridiculously hard. I will only say that the first shot out of my Hammerli 850 .22 AirMagnum was devastating on my pest, far too graphic to describe here. Just get these. You will not be disappointed. UPDATE I now have a Hatsan AT44 .22 and coupled with this pellet, this combination is pretty much surgical. I have the rifle zeroed at 50 yards and the pellets came in at an average of 917 FPS on my chrony. They create one jagged hole at 50 yards. I have shot them out to 100 with the same accuracy. Being hollow points, when they hit whatever pest you have in your cross hairs, it's lights out. These are my favorite pellets for this rifle.

This ammo is bizarrely accurate, especially for hollow points. I highly reccomened it. I do, however, give a 1 star rating to Air Venturi because 1 of my tins came with a large dent in the bottom, which resulted in a few deformed pellets. Again, absolutely phenomenal ammo for sniping prey with a Hatsan 125 (1 inch groups at 75 yards, and so far my personal favorite ammo), however very disappointed with lack of packing for expensive and precise ammo. To the credit of Pyramid Air, they send their ammo in foam boxes, inside of another box which always ensure the perfect quality you expect from H&N. *Update* After having shot 8 different types of premium ammo, I conclude this is by far the best in terms of superb accuracy and OUTSTANDING stopping power. Where as some pellets (even heavier grain pellets) will not kill a squirrel clean with a body shot, this will drop them every. single. time.

These pellets are the best hunting pellets I've ever shot! I have a .22 kalibrgun cricket PCP bullpup air rifle, I also have ballistic gel block to test pellets, let's start with I target shoot with JSB 18.13 grain pellets I shot both pellets in the ballistic gel the JSB went 12" into a 16" new gel block with no noticeable change in pellet shape , I'll add photos! Now the Barracuda hollow points only go in the same gel 3" that's a 9" different and this is due to the awesome expansion of these pellets. Very uniform flattening using all the energy up at 960fps in 3" is a tremendous devastation to a small game , like the rats I shoot just about every night. Since I've switched to these pellets I have no run aways anymore ! It's instant internal shock trauma like hitting them with a 17lb weight. If you use a pellet gun to hunt these are in my opinion the best out just amazing.

H&N pellets also have a very well deserved reputation for accuracy. These are an excellent choice for you to test in your rifle. Each rifle is an individual and no two are guaranteed to shoot the same pellets the same way for many reasons. In my Daystate Huntsman they are quite accurate. Not as tight as the JSB Heavy .22 but very close. Then too, they are hollow points designed for high impact not bench rest shooting. They cut one ragged 11/32" diameter hole with 5 shots @ 17 yards on indoor range, If you are shooting varmints at 25 to 50 yards these are a good pellet to include in your testing,

Après avoir essayé 5 sortes de plombs Americain pour une Ruger magum.22. Je peux confirmer que les Allemands font de très bon produits ... très grandes précisions ... vaut mieux avoir 200 plombs à bonne place que 500 tout croches.. à moins d aller à chasse à l éléphant ! Éléphant!

Producto muy bueno, vienen bien hechos y van muy bien en carabina pcp gamo arrow, se cargan sin esfuerzo ni se traban como los gamos. Muy contento.

Qualitätsprodukt, wie eigentlich immer..sauber gearbeitet, lassen sich leicht einführen und fliegen präzise….was will man mehr…👍🏻
