Flaky but has a nice smell.
Feels rough when you apply on the lips (like sandy feeling), also ashy (flaky) unless you rub against the lips for a while to blend in. Otherwise, it has a nice smell, but will see in a few months if it sort of restores the lips.

Nice lip balm
I found this lip balm effective in lip moisturized during the day and reduce dark, dull lips. It have nice texture and non-greasy feel. SPF 50 protection against sun damage. And its pleasant scent makes more applicable.
