I'm 250 lbs. I have carpal tunnel so it helps when I sleep on my back so that my shoulders don't cave forward. Besides, sleeping is fine but can be a little awkward since I tend to sleep with one arm up. The material is soft and firm in the appropriate places. I ALWAYS wake up with sweaty head. And the material doesn't appear to be staining but I don't know what it's going to look like over time. The case comes off easily for washing but it isn't sweat proof.

This is probably fine in you're not very tall. I'm 5'10" and I felt like Alice who ate the cake and grew. Way too small for me. Too bad, I liked the concept. Returned.

I have orthostaric hypotension so my blood sugar does not increase when I stand up so this was perfect for sleeping so I can sleep at an incline. I am a floor person!! So I love laying on my belly while on my laptop or reading, this makes it so comfy to do this so my arms are raised and my whole weights not on my elbows. :)
