I could not wait to get this. My old one had played out and well I over did it putting Christmas decorations up. I ordered two because I did not want to share. It is really plush and so soft. I am currently using it and I am single the high vibration setting but it is so smooth and the vibrations really reach all areas of my back. I am laying down and unlike some there are no areas on my back that hurt from pressure points. That is really nice. The heat setting is perfect on low and not getting to hot like sometimes happens and you have to turn off the heat. So far with my first use I really like it. I also like that it has a little snap on the neck so when you wrap it over your shoulders you can sit or lay down without trying to get it in the right place. It only came in one color which was not a deal breaker but it would have been nice when getting more than one to have different color. It does have an auto shut off but runs for a pretty long time before it turns off. If you or someone you know has back issues this seems to be a great gift idea for them.

Great for neck & back aches. Heats up great and the massage feature has 3 settings. I differently recommend this heating Pad.

This heating pad is wonderful. It was purchased as a gift for my daughter who has shoulder pain and lower back pain. We tested it and could feel it working.

Nice and warm and the massage feature was fantastic at the small of my back and shoulders after several hours at my desk. Also very soft.

My daughter and I love this thing we take turns using It and It relieves alot of aches and pains. My favorite part is that It times out so you don’t have to worry too much about someone burning a hole on the sofa

Great for about 6 months. I purchased this because after years of a lot of usage my SNAILAX heating pad with vibration finally died 😀. I had a car accident and I used it nearly everyday, I used it so much that it hung on the back of my recliner. So when I received this one, right off I was somewhat disappointed, but hopeful. Again with heavy usage the inside (I'm guessing that it was glued) the vibration components were down at the bottom. It seems the are 4 little vibration cans 2 up around the shoulder area and 2 for the lower back, they all were down in the lower back. I shake it upside down to get everything back into place, but it's not the same. I will continue to use simply because I can't afford to replace it at this time.

I absolutely love this wearable massaging heating pad! It’s very easy to use and the heat feels great at both the low and high settings. The only issue that I have with this is that there’s not 2 massage nodes in the middle making it 6 instead of just 4—that’s just personal preference to be honest. The 4 massage nodes feel great on the lower back and upper back. I find that if you’re sitting or laying down you can feel the massage vibration all over your back which is great. The price is extremely reasonable for what this product offers. It comes in both teal and gray and it’s great for all sizes.

Loved this in the beginning, but a little over a month in of daily use and the cushioning and mechanical parts all slid down to the very bottom of the pad. Now there is no heating or massage at the neck or mid-way down. Very disappointed!!
