I even recorded a video and sent it to the manufacturer’s email ID. This is a third-class product. When I recorded using this mic, the voice quality was so poor that even my phone’s inbuilt microphone sounded better. When I contacted the manufacturer, this is what they replied: “We would like to inform you that the microphone you have is a compact model and it does not support voice cancellation. Please note that it can reduce environmental noise, but it is not designed to cancel human voice.” I was shocked to receive such a response. Please tell me one thing—if your mic cannot provide better voice quality, then why should I buy it? My phone’s inbuilt mic performs better than this product. I requested a replacement, since the mic is not improving the audio quality at all. In fact, it makes the voice quality worse. They refused and said they do not offer returns or replacements for this product. They also mentioned that “the product is functioning properly and its performance is in line with the specifications of this model.” My question is simple: if my recording sounds better without any mic, and using your mic makes the voice quality worse, then what is the purpose of this mic? This is clearly misleading customers. Do not trust this company. This mic is of no use, and they are not willing to replace or refund it. I asked for a replacement or refund, but they refused.
