Not enough padding to sufficiently give comfort to the pinky toe (Tailor's bunion). Can't really add additional padding. Would not buy again.

I liked these and it may not seem like they do anything but they do, see side by side picture. However I did return them only because my big toe is really long so it was pushing my toe toward my leg so my toe was hurting.

Helped ..might not fit If a man with big feet

I was having continual pain in my left foot from a bunion. This was interrupting my sleeping and I was using ibuprofen and an electric stimulator to relieve the almost constant pain. After some research on line, I came upon the "bunion bootie" and thought I would give it a try. Much to my delight they work very well. I now wear them (I also have a bunion on my right foot but it was not the problem that the left one was) on both feet all day and sometimes at night as well. I no longer use the electric stimulator or the meds as I am pain free. I highly recommend this product it is well made and comfortable once you get used to it. Read the directions and start with just a few hours a day until your toes are used to it.

Big toe gets very uncomfortable after five or so hours, but maybe my foot will adapt. I can otherwise feel a relief in pressure in the other toes. Hope it will help prevent advancing deformity.
