30 SECONDS Cleaners Outdoor Cleaner for Stains From Algae, Mold

Wow does this stuff work! Love this product!!! Always struggled with the siding on my house. Especially the north facing side and behind landscape plants...lots of algae, dirt, grime, and black something behind the two rose trellises. Lots of different products I tried over the years just getting some stains/grime off but never ALL! Well until today when I used 30 second cleaner on the siding and the porch, and the north facing siding! I wish I took before/after pics ! Just amazing - all clean- and so quick! No scrubbing, just sprayed on- waited a few minutes and then sprayed off to CLEAN siding! Jumped for Joy!!! This product is expensive but the results made it so worth it! A very happy Mom with saved time to spend elsewhere- thanks!

I love this stuff. It smells like bleach so I freaked out that I ruined my clothes but I guess it isn't the same thing. Spray it on, let it soak and hose it off. I also used a long-handled carwash brush to clean the exterior of my house and with very minimal effort had a completely dirt-free wall. I also used it to clean my city provided trash can and you could just see the dirt and gunk melt away and it left it smelling fresh.

I live on a busy city street "corner" with lots of trees, shade, rain.... therefore, my brick retaining wall (two sides therefore it is very long) gets black and grows lots of green and black spotty moss, mold, whatever gunk. I have been using a Worx Pressure Washer for years and pretty happy with it and my wall gets lots of complements. It's convenient however, NOT strong enough to get the stains and deep mold/growth. Because I'm obsessed with getting this stuff off and I want to spend less time pressure washing with my aging joints. My findings: PROs: 1. "Assists" to get the subborn stains and deep mold growth out of bricks and the mortar. 2. 95-98% comes right off WITH my Worx Pressure Washer (not pneumatic but fairly strong) + 30 seconds product vs 80-95% WITH my worx pressure washer alone. 3. If you are a perfectionist with a mediocre pressure washer (my worx is great but not super powerful) or you do NOT WANT TO BUY A POWERFUL PRESSURE WASHER, this product will get you to the 95% -98% solution. CONs: 1. Expensive for large areas 2. It's a really STRONG chemical and SMELLS and will burn your throat/lungs if not in a WELL ventilated area as noted on the label... when cleaning my retaining wall, the foot traffic said they could smell it and so could I. It smells like bleach on steroids. 3. The brick and mortar joints need to be well "soaked" and wait for a full 15-20. Thus, becomes really expensive to cover large areas. 4. Stains and mold, etc. DO NOT ... I repeat, "Do Not" come right off with simply rinsing with a water hose like the commercials claim. Bottom line for my large area: I will "SPOT" clean with this and continue to use my Worx Pressure washer and next year I'll invest in a real pressure washer for a little extra money (cost of 2 gallons of this stuff) and it will last me for years...and NO CHEMICALS in the storm drains or my garden areas adjacent to my retaining wall.

This product is wonderful does exactly what it says it will do. spray it on wash it off and you are done. i can't believe i spent all those years scrubbing my deck for hours. My yard is totally shaded and in a very natural area so it receives a lot of natures debris. When i am finished everything looks new. Its so easy to use i do my desk a couple times during the season. when i walk by a neighbors house and see them scrubbing away i mention how easy and efficient this product is to use.

30 SECONDS is the best cleaner I have ever used! I used it to clean my white front door floor entrance. I did get a little wet using their hose attachment. However, when I was done my white pavers were white and not soiled with black stains. It is a little pricey but well worth it.

Doesn't do such good job on trex recycled furniture. The mold gets into the tiny crevices and several attempts did not get that out. Overall cleaning was great

This stuff just eats it all away, there is no need to powerwash, a light brushing wish a soft brush on heavier affected areas with ease it comes right off the white trim on my house looks awesome seems longer it was left on turned it into like new looking a wash off with hose done with ease, this is my second order even used it on camper, white shed and. 5 foot vinyl fencing that I tried everything to get stuck on junk, mold ECT. Off. This stuff did it with ease and left me amazed.

It is bleach, which damages materials like wood. They should not says to use it on wood.
