My daughter is so happy with this notebook. She is taking organic chemistry as part of her degree path and put this on her Christmas list. I just sent it to her (because this is not a Christmas present) and then I got the present of an organic chemistry lesson. So, your smarties will love it. Parents will get phone calls. But there may also be unintended repercussions (like lessons in science).

A decent sized notebook with well-bound pages. The hexagons are outlined just enough to where you can follow them, but it’s not distracting. The only issue with this notebook is that the cover gets dirty VERY easily due to the material, but that’s about it. Overall, it’s a really great notebook.

Great notebook for organic chemistry! I recommend purchasing this even though I think the hexagons could be a bit bigger. I used my red Papermate 1.0M and my 0.7M pencil for scale. It is definitely durable and the other downfall was that my Sharpie highliters started to bleed through the other side (close up photo of the green highlighter with only one swipe). You cannot tear out the pages (really hard) so do not use this if you need to hand in your homework. Perforations would be a great addition!

I use this notebook for lab. It is totally worth it. I feel like I can write more since the hexagons are soo small.
