Cost is very reasonable.
Charge is convenient and stays charged days before needing to be recharged. I like the soft bristles and the noise level is not an issue. My teeth feel very clean after brushing. I would recommend this product and would purchase it again.

So far so good
I always get annoyed with the increasing costs of electric toothbrushes, originally coming from the Sonicare DiamondClean range, then getting annoyed at the cost when I needed to replace one, and so I went to the other end of the scale and was using the Colgate HUM brushes for a while. Now that you can no longer get those, I needed to hunt for a new one. The Sonicare 4100 seems a decent compromise for a known product that won't break the bank. You can run this thing without the charger for multiple days, it's easy to use with the standard one-button approach, and it does a good job of getting into all areas of the mouth.

Great upgrade—kids actually use it!
I bought two of these Philips Sonicare 4100 toothbrushes—one for my nephew and one for my niece—after their older electric toothbrushes finally stopped working. Honestly, I wasn’t sure how much of a difference they’d notice, but it’s been a huge upgrade. They both love them and are actually brushing two to three times a day now without being reminded, which says a lot. The brushes are simple to use, gentle but still feel like they’re doing a really good job cleaning. I’ve noticed they mention their teeth feel “super clean” after using them, and that’s exactly what you want, especially for kids building good habits early. These brushes are known for being effective at removing plaque while still being gentle on gums, which makes them a great choice for daily use. Overall, great value and a really solid upgrade from their older brushes. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something reliable that actually gets used!

The Legend Continues!
I've used the Sonicare products for decades. They last a long time, but my last one finally died after more than a ten years of service. Obviously, I replaced it with this. The last one just wore out, I guess. After charging for its entire time between uses, it slows down and then stops after a few minutes. Batteries don't last forever, after all. I kept the old one, though. It's great for cleaning ridges and corners in the kitchen!

Good purchase
Extremely good quality electric toothbrush, worth the money. Also makes brushing teeth far more enjoyable & effective. I charge it once per week, never got it to run out. This is our first electric toothbrush, I was surprised that it made our teeth "sing". Good goo power, getting the work done, don't know about durability just yet.

JUNK!! EXPENSIVE JUNK AND POOR WARRANTY POLICY
JUNK! Philips brand toothbrushes have become nothing more than expensive junk. My wife has one that is ten years old and works like a champ. I ordered this because it was relatively inexpensive. Plugged it in to take an initial charge, and it charged fine. Used it the next morning and returned it to the charger and it began beeping twice every thirty seconds or so. The lights kept blinking orange/yellow. Manual said to do a “reset,” so I did. Returned it to the charger and same issue…beeping twice every thirty seconds with the flashing orange lights. I contacted Philips support, and they said “sounds like a battery issue…we’ll send you a box so you can mail it to us to verify, and if it is a battery issue we’ll send you a new one.” REALLY??? It’s 48 hours old…THAT’S your warranty process??? No way. Contacted Amazon and they refunded me right away and told me to throw it away. I ordered another one - the next model up - and it was delivered the next day. Placed it on the charger since it had no charge out of the box. Green lights indicated it was charging; used it the next morning, returned it to the charger…and guess what??? SAME ISSUE! I honestly think these USB chargers they throw in there are doing the damage…They’re cheap and probably unstable power delivery. I’ve tried USB outlets, different outlets and USB adapters all throughout my house…nothing. My wife’s is a normal household plug charger, and there has never been an issue. BUYER BEWARE
