Are these counterfit?

I can't say if it is genuine or not. I purchased a 256gb card for my Fujifilm camera and it works, all the memory shows up and its fast.

Could I insert this card into a computer to add storage to it?

Could this sandisk work with Samsung galaxy s20+

NO! This is a standard SD card and the Galaxy S20 uses a micro SD card. Micro SD is on the right in video.

If it accepts an SD card it will work. You will have to see what size is compatible with the tachograph.
