Can this be used with acrylic?

Yes….but not too many layers. Two at the most. Let first layer dry before applying second one. Apply thin coat. I’ve used over collages with acrylic paint on some of the surfaces.

If you use A gamvar gloss varnish can you put a matte varnish on top of that

Check out their website: https://www.gamblincolors.com/varnishing-help/ They recommend removing the existing varnish and then reapplying the desired varnish. ( they also have a lot of tips on varnishing using their products.

Can it be used with watercolor painting ?

I don’t think I’d use anything applied with a brush on a watercolor painting. I’d look up how to varnish watercolors before doing anything.

Do you have this product with recent manufacture ?. Since I read here in the comments that the material was expired. Thanks for your reply
