Good quality flour for a novice bread maker!

It’s not too often. Self rising flour is required. But it’s always nice to have on hand when a recipe calls for it. I always trust this brand. The texture is more than acceptable. I store this in an airtight container and it keeps for a long time.

It's OK
It's OK, but not great, seems to be soft wheat (cake) flour, and biscuits need to be a little harder. But, that's just my opinion, the stuff does what it's supposed to.

Read the description! I looked at the picture and purchased, what just arrived at my home is a 2 LB bag of flour not a 5 LB bag which is what I was expecting as they are hoping you do as I did which is picture and order! Had I stopped and read the description I wouldn't have ordered as it is cheaper elsewhere. Thank you seller for the misleading picture to boost your sales!
