I had an Oura ring for several years until the battery stopped being able to hold a charge through the night. Given that I hate subscriptions, I thought I'd never find a good substitute until I tried this. I've been using it for exactly 2 months now, and it's EXCELLENT. It tracks my sleep cycles, heart rate, body temp, and gives me a measure of overall health, which helps me know how hard (or not) that I could push my training that day. The battery lasts SOOOOO long (If I wear it only for sleep tracking, it lasts a full week before needing to be recharged!) Love the interface, and the information provided. Set at 15 minute intervals, it's sensitive enough that I can tell what time my husband went to bed by looking at my sleep graph. The only downside is that the green light that comes on to measure your heart rate is VERY bright, with considerable light spillage out from the sides of the ring, even while wearing it. If you're trying to sleep and your hand is outside the covers, be prepared to suddenly find yourself in a green strobe light disco for about 30 seconds! Overall, I am shocked at the value of this smart ring. It does everything my old expensive one did, for a lot less money.

Ring died after a couple months

This thing is pretty cool, my one and only complaint is it feels chins because its plastic. Besides that its feature rich. It can be set to take your heart rate at regular intervals, it tracks your sleep habits, your step count, and has shortcut functions, if you set them up on the app, to control things about your phone. It's pretty handy and has a magnetic charging case so it clicks right in to the case to charge and it lasts a long time between charging. Like I said my only complaint is I wish it was metal cause it just seems it would be nicer looking/feeling. Still a great smart ring!

I was skeptical that this ring would be able to provide the same level of tracking as the tracker I wear on my wrist. I can honestly say it does a much better job of tracking my activities, particularly my sleep. The Charge 6 that I own will only track partial sleep time, so if I get up to let the dog out, any sleep I did before that is deleted. This tracker actually allows for waking up and counts all of my sleep. It also tracks my O2 levels, which my other tracker never seemed to be able to do. The steps seem pretty accurate as well. I don't use the sport record function, so I can't speak to the accuracy of that. The ring sizing is accurate and it doesn't seem to scratch easily. The band itself looks like a plain wedding band, very classic, so it won't detract from any other jewelry. It held a charge for a week before it needed to be recharged and that didn't take long at all. I haven't connected it for taking pictures since that isn't something I often do. The band is a bit thicker than rings I normally wear and since I wanted to wear it on my non-dominant hand, it rubs against my wedding band. If I were to order another one, I would get it large enough to wear on my index finger. Just something to consider when you are deciding on a size. Overall, I am very pleased with this ring and it is definitely a good value for the money.
