Does this have 5mg of lithium orotate or 5mg of elemental lithium? The label is very confusing and says both on the front but there's a big difference

If you look at similar products by other companies, they typically say that they contain 5 mg of elemental lithium - not lithium orotate.  The amount of lithium orotate contained in such products is around 120 mg per capsule.  I think it's quite safe to assume that the same applies to this product, despite its inconsistent labeling.  If it contained 5 mg of lithium orotate, that would translate into a dose of 0.2 mg of elemental lithium, which is an inconsequential dose, and which is not sold by anyone.

Can anyone please tell me, whether it improved cognitive skills, executive skills and working memory?

Yes my cognitive skills were minimally improved.  But why I purchased it was for pre-menstrual moodiness and it helps my daughters military PTSD

I haven't found a good answer for dosage . I'm looking for relief from depression . Can anyone give me some help with a place to start ?

After 2 months, I say this is a good product. I started with one capsule at evening meal (6pm) as per label.  Slept great! After about a week, I added one capsule with breakfast. This one is by far the most gentle of the brands I've tried over the years (two OTC and one RX).  For serious depression, please look first to a trusted medical professional. Good for a touch of annoying bipolar-ocd. It just takes the edge off of unnecessary sadness, but allows appropriate feelings and responses. (age 50+, weight 155+).

No,  the ingredients are on the back of the bottle.  This is a really good brand and  works  well.  Much faster results with this brand.
