I am not a expert in protein powders, but I had very clear goals in mind. 1. Increase protein intake. 2.No Bloating. 3.No constipation This does all three perfectly. It's very light and you don't even feel you had something concentrated suppliment. I mix 1-1.5 scoop In milk and so far it's doing great. Taste wise, it's no milkshake, as there is no added sugar, it tastes normal, very much edible and light. Chocolate flavor is light but good, if you mix stuff like sugar and all, should taste pretty good ! Overall, full markets from me.

I consumed it with mixing with milk and added little sugar. It's good and definitely doesn't cause bloating. Got mixed easily in bottle.
