Ok, my optometrist wanted me to take these and I kinda balked because of the price and maybe concerned about the vitamins/minerals I want sure I needed. So I took 3 a week instead of daily. At my annual checkup, he noted that my mild AMD had improved because of taking these. Whoa! I started taking them daily as soon as I heard that. Whatโs money to keep your eyesight?
