NO LA COMPREN.
Después de un mes de haberla recibido, pude usarla y encendió pero muy complicada por las dos pantallas no pude agregarle un teclado en una de las pantallas. Para mi sorpresa al siguiente día ya no encendió. Y ya no pude regresarla ya que la empezó a usar después de un mes debido a mi trabajo estaba fueras y así que ya no pude regresarla perdí más de $600 dólares. 😒. Intenté llevarla a algún técnico para revisarla pero no pueden porque no tienen Marca escrita y no de donde encenderla. Es una pérdida total de tanto dinero. Si alguien sabe que puedo hacer con ella déjeme saber por favor.

If I could give no stars or negative 1 stars I would I am still waiting for my refund which they have had for over a week I was told that I would have received the refund by 09/03/2025 it is now 09/05/2025 and they are still giving me the run around.The “Laptop” is extremely heavy has an AUX jack (who still uses that?), no HDMI port, no USBC port either. You cannot even use it in place of a tablet because there is an awkwardly place bar in the middle. The power button is just in the way like it was a forethought and the manufactures just placed it on the bottom so it can be turned off by mistake by just maneuvering the laptop.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!!FOR OVER +$600 I WAS EXPECTING A MIND BLOWING EXPERIENCE AND I WAS NO WHERE NEAR IMPRESSED!!!
