Fit perfectly!
I bought these to load up a Dell T430 for a NAS I was building. Everything fit perfectly on the first try! I appreciate that it came with the screws to mount the HDD's to the sleds (one less thing I had to get) and even a little screwdriver so I didn't have to dig around for one.
