What does 430 stainless steel mean? Versus others that say 18/0 stainless steel? Anyone know difference, which is healthier?

18/0 is 300 series SS. First number represents amount of chromium and second number nickel, so 18/10 is a higher grade than 18/0. 430 is listed as a decorative chrome in the 400 SS series. 18/?? is used in cookware and utensils. it does not say. No information printed on this item. I had informed the buyer that the pan warped a little when it is hot then settles back down after it starts cooling. The buyer responded saying they never heard of that. Yet I found one reviewer who mentioned exactly that (The pan warped about 1/4 inch. It settled back down after it started cooling.)

Is it 10 inches wide at its widest part- not just the base of the pan, but including the sides? i need the total to fit in a 10.2 inch slot. thx..

My pan is 10 3/8” x 8”. I also use some foil pans I found at the grocery and they are a bit smaller. You might try looking there as well.

Does the pan warp at high temperatures (425 degrees)?

Yeah it does. I had this warp at 350-375. The opposite diagonal corners had risen and spread the cookie batter to each other. What’s annoying is that it will revert back to its original shape after its use.
