Bought the two pack. After two uses one of the units would not produce suction. Update: Company contacted me and rectified the situation. Unexpected and satisfied with customer support!! One star review upgraded to 5 star!

Provided photo shows cupping mark when used on Mode 2, suction strength 6, for 12 minutes. Very little difference in suction strength from 1-12 Recommended for those with cupping needs for low timing sessions to avoid blisters. Also, avoid sensitive areas like inner thigh.

Bad. These cupping devices (I tried 4) have a pressure relief valve that opens not allowing it to pull a full vacuum. They are also considerably louder that others I've used. Returned

Love these! Yes, a little learning curve... when I 1st received, I didnt realize the interior cup was for gliding therapy for use with oils, and I was unsure how to remove (now I know - unscrew the main cup to remove, and the little gray pieces inside the box are the filter cotton - thought they were just package stuffing at 1st, ha). I primarily use the main cups on Mode 2 (2 presses on the power button after you've already powered on) for 5-15 minutes (auto sets to 15) depending on the area. If it feels like its getting too warm I switch to Mode 4, same but without the light. On more sensitive areas, I use Mode 1 or 3, the intelligent breathing mode, which lets out a little pressure in between suctions. This tool has helped me so much with deep muscle stiffness and it's overall a great tool for general soreness after workouts. Totally recommend!

Does not stay charged as long as other brands I have purchased. I can not seem to turn off the red light. I have been burned by these units before and it should be able to turn off completely. They are preset for 15 minutes. I prefer the 20 min timing. I could not figure out how to activate the full suction power and not the negative that feels like it’s going to fall off. U fortunately my window for return has passed. Would not repurchase this brand.
